Return and Refund Policy – Aeropczone

At Aeropczone, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process. 1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and free of any signs of use.
- All original packaging, including tags, boxes, and manuals, must be intact and returned with the product.
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.
Note: Personalized or customized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are defective or damaged.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@Aeropczone.com or call (507) 754-5046 to request a return authorization (RA) number. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
- Pack the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- Ship the Item: Send the item back to us using the return shipping address provided in the RA instructions. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Return Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange.
3. Refunds
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and appear on your account. The refund will cover the cost of the item minus any return shipping fees.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items).
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact our customer service team at info@Aeropczone.com. We will assist you in processing the exchange, subject to product availability.
If the item you wish to exchange for is of a higher value, you will be required to pay the price difference. If the item you wish to exchange for is of a lower value, we will issue a refund for the price difference.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@Aeropczone.com or call (507) 754-5046. We will assist you in processing a return or exchange for a defective or damaged product. In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item when contacting customer service to expedite the process.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Personalized or customized items (unless defective).
- Gift cards.
- Clearance or final sale items.
7. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns to ensure the safe delivery of the returned item. Aeropczone is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
8. International Returns
For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The same return eligibility conditions apply to international returns. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with international returns are the responsibility of the customer.
